If a retailer could pay us, the verdict would be worth nothing. You pay $9; that is the whole business model.

One pick, not a ranked list.

A list of options is the problem you arrived with. We name one machine and one configuration, and we stand behind it.

If we can't be sure, you get the $9 back.

A verdict we don't believe is not worth selling. The refund comes first and the explanation second.

$9 is under one percent of a $1,500 laptop. The wrong laptop lasts four years.
